Right of Withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without having to provide a reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day the contract is concluded.
You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. You also have the option to electronically fill out and send the model withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement through our website https://ritual-incense.com. If you use this option, we will notify you promptly via a durable medium (e.g. by email) acknowledging the receipt of said withdrawal.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, you simply have to make your intention to exercise your right to withdrawal known before the end of said period.
PLEASE NOTE: The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts that relate to the provision of services, once the service has been fully executed.
If you requested that the provision of services begin during the withdrawal period, you will pay us an amount proportional to the part of service already rendered at the time when you notified us of your withdrawal, relative to the total amount of the contract.
Consequences of Withdrawal:
In the event of withdrawal on your part, we will refund the payment received, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to process said refund back to the same method of payment used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any cost as a result of the refund.
